Then you might be the person we are looking for.We are seeking a structured and dedicated warehouse professional who can manage our warehouse in Ringsted and handle daily warehouse operations, shipments, and logistics in close collaboration with our headquarters and factory in the Philippines. About the positionYour daily work will take place at our warehouse in Ringsted, where you will play a key role in our operations. The products are manufactured at our factory in the Philippines and shipped to Denmark, where they are received, stored, picked, packed, and distributed to customers across Europe.You will be an important link between the warehouse, headquarters, and international shipments. Key responsibilitiesReceiving, registering, and storing goodsPicking, packing, and preparing shipmentsCoordinating domestic and international shipmentsClose daily collaboration with headquarters and productionMaintaining overview of inventory levels and product flowDriving related to warehouse and logistics tasks (as required) Systems & inventory experienceWe expect you to have experience with:Inventory Management SystemsERP systems (preferably Business Central)Inventory and stock reportingForecasting and planning Stock reconciliationSKU management Logistics & freight experienceYou have experience with:Obtaining and negotiating freight ratesPreparing freight quotations for customersComparing carrier costsInternational freight pricingIncoterms and export documentationLogistics coordination and possible area responsibility LanguagesYou speak and write fluent EnglishDanish at a working proficiency level About youYou have relevant education and/or experienceYou are structured, responsible, and have strong organizational skillsYou thrive in system-based and detail-oriented workYou can work independently and collaborate effectivelyYou can manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a busy environmentYou have experience in warehouse, logistics, or a similar roleYou understand warehouse systems and processes, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and support daily operations — including moving goods and driving a forklift. We offerA varied and responsible positionA key role in an international companyClose collaboration with warehouse, office, and production teamsAn informal workplace with short decision-making processesWorkplace located in Ringsted, Denmark Interested?Please send your application to our Chief Operating Officer:Sandrith Galvis – sdg@mkthemedattractions.com.ph
