About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our supply chain, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from supplier to customer. You will collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, production, and sales to maintain accurate data, optimize workflows, and secure timely deliveries.

You will play a key part in driving a proactive and data‑driven way of working, helping us improve operational performance and close existing gaps in our current processes.Key Responsibilities• Coordinate and monitor daily supply chain activities, including purchasing, inventory, and logistics• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and ensure timely updates on orders and deliveries• Communicate with suppliers, freight partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and secure on‑time delivery• Track inventory levels and support forecasting and planning activities• Prepare reports and analyses to support decision‑making• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to optimization initiativesQualifications• Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related field• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks• Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plusWhat We Offer• A dynamic and supportive work environment• Opportunities for professional development and growth• A role where your contributions have a direct impact on operational performance• Competitive salary and benefits packageAbout UnicontrolOur mission is straightforward: to simplify and ensure the safety of excavation tasks.
