Are you a highly skilled culinary professional who loves being where the action is – while also dreaming of family-friendly working hours and an amazing team? Then keep reading. We are looking for a Sous Chef with strong control of the hot kitchen section, a keen eye for quality, and a good sense of humor.Who are we?We are a large canteen serving approximately 350 guests daily – both students and staff in Copenhagen.
The atmosphere is vibrant, filled with energy, learning, and great food.You will become part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone pulls together, and where we truly mean it when we say we enjoy working with each other. There are smiles in the kitchen and a relaxed atmosphere – even during busy times. We also collaborate closely with colleagues in other canteens and cafés on campus, so you are never on your own.Your responsibilitiesAs Sous Chef, you will be the Head Chef’s right hand and take responsibility for the hot kitchen section – while also rotating and supporting across the team when needed.
