About the PositionPuffs’n Stuff is a fast-growing dessert café known for fluffy pancakes, waffles, cookie dough and premiumshakes. We are now looking for a dedicated Café Manager who can combine strong leadership with hands-on kitchen skills.If you enjoy leading a team, creating great customer experiences, and running operations smoothly, wewould love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership1. Create weekly staff schedules2.

Coordinate daily staffing needs3. Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff trainingOperational Oversight1. Handle stock orders and receive deliveries2.

Ensure the café is clean, organised, and visually appealing3. Maintain smooth daily workflowsFinancial Control1. Manage daily cash handling and balancing2.

Oversee inventory and minimise waste3. Support efficient cost controlHands-on Production1. Actively participate in preparing pancakes, cookie dough, lava cakes, shakes and other menu items2.

Ensure consistent product qualityQuality and Hygiene Standards1. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety2. Perform basic maintenance of kitchen equipmentWhat We Are Looking For1.Experience in managing or supervising a café, restaurant, or dessert shop2.

Experience making desserts similar to our products is an advantage.3.Strong communication and organisational skills4. Ability to motivate a team and handle busy hours confidently5.Fluent English (Danish is a plus)6.
