Rajissimo is a specialized dessert-making business with multiple eateries in the greater Copenhagen area.Over the years we have opened multiple eateries, for those with a sweet tooth, and are still expanding. This success comes with responsibilities, and we are ever attempting to come up with new exciting flavours, so we can be on the cutting edge of developments of desserts.Rajissimo’s vision and mission is to bring people the same joy as we have all experienced when we tried our first ice cream when we were children – but every time they try one of our desserts. We are all very passionate about providing our customers with an amazing sweet and tasty experience, so we are looking for someone equally passionate, who can drive our menu to an even higher standard.For many years we have been making high quality, handcrafted artisanal, European inspired desserts such as Belgian waffles, Italian ice cream, French pancakes and Spanish churros just to mention a few.The world has become a lot smaller, but that also means that exciting recipes from faraway countries are at our fingertips.

We are looking for someone who know and can elevate these recipes, and teach the rest of our team to make these elegant and exotic dishes. We are looking for someone who:- Has extensive knowledge in the dessert-making- Experience actively working in the sweet kitchen is a must- At least a few years of experience with leading a kitchen brigade- Have a natural falir for teaching others If you recognize yourself in this job add please send us your motivated application and CV to info@rajissimo.com
