We are building a fast-growing brand with high standards, strong culture, and a customer-first mindset.We are looking for a passionate, organised, and people-focused leader who can support day-to-day operations and elevate the guest experience across our stores.Role OverviewThe Operations & Guest Relations Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining service quality, and creating an exceptional guest experience.You will support staff, streamline workflows, handle customer communication, and help drive operational excellence as the brand grows.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is hands-on, solution-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Customer RelationsMaintain a welcoming service cultureHandle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptlySupport front-of-house training to ensure consistency in serviceMonitor customer experience touchpoints (in-store, online, delivery platforms)Operations & Team SupportSupport daily store operations and staff coordinationEnsure SOPs, hygiene, and service standards are followedAssist in onboarding and training new staffHelp maintain inventory, scheduling, and store readinessBrand & QualityUphold La Tre’s quality, brand, and presentation standardsReview customer feedback from platforms (Wolt, Google, etc.) and identify improvementsSupport implementation of new menu items, promotions, and processesProblem-Solving & CommunicationAnticipate and solve operational challengesCommunicate clearly between locations, kitchen teams, and managementEnsure smooth operations during busy periods and special eventsQualifications & SkillsMust-HaveExperience in hospitality, retail, or service environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and organisational abilitiesHands-on mindset — not afraid to step in where neededCalm under pressure, customer-focused attitudeNice to Have (Plus)Previous management or supervisor experienceExperience in café/restaurant/takeaway operationsFamiliarity with scheduling, point-of-sale systems, or delivery platformsInterest in Vietnamese culture/cuisine
