We are now scaling across Europe and the United States. You will be taking ownership of our marketing, PR, and brand while shaping how a category-defining robotics company shows up.Here is what the job entailsWorking in close coordination with our sales department and side by side with our in-house designer, you will plan and create the content and campaigns that fuel our growth across all markets.More specifically, you will:Run our day-to-day marketing in close sync with salesDrive PR that raises Capra Robotics' profile across the robotics industryShape and execute the marketing strategy with the commercial teamOwn our global trade shows end to end – from preparation to executionOwn the Capra Robotics brand, tone of voice, and messaging across every channelCreate and oversee content for web, social (especially LinkedIn), email, and sales enablementThis is also your opportunity to explore and use the latest AI tools to enhance content creation, optimize performance, and scale your output – fitting, perhaps, for a company built on smart machines.Meet your future teamYou will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer and work side by side with our in-house designer, as part of a tight, ambitious commercial team. Because we are a scale-up, this is a role with genuine ownership: you will not be one cog in a large marketing machine – you will be the person who owns the brand and decides how Capra Robotics is seen.
You will collaborate closely across the whole company, from sales to engineering.At Capra Robotics, the best ideas tend to come from people who are curious, hands-on, and unafraid to try something that has not been done before – which is, after all, how we ended up building our robots in the first place.Less about us, more about youYou are a commercially minded, hands-on marketer who understands how content and campaigns drive business results. You enjoy turning ideas into engaging content and thrive where creativity meets strategy. You like to get things done and get them right the first time – a good eye for detail without losing perspective.In order to succeed, we imagine that you:Have 3–5 years of experience in marketing and content creation, ideally from a B2B or scale-up environmentBring a strong commercial mindset with a focus on performance and growthCan create content and run campaigns across digital channels (website, social, email)Have an analytical, proactive mindset and can manage several projects at once without compromising on quality or deadlinesAre curious about exploring and testing AI tools to boost creativity and scale outputAre fluent in English, which is our working languageHave a technical interest, or curiosity about robotics – an advantage, not a requirementExperience with CRM (we use Zoho), CMS (we use WordPress), and project management tools (we use Atlassian) is a plus, but not a must.
