We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to manageand optimize supply chain operations across our 8 restaurant branches, main productionsite and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient procurement, inventorycontrol, and distribution processes to support daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Plan and manage supply chain operations for all our restaurant locationsCoordinate purchasing, inventory levels, and stock replenishment Monitor and manage warehouse operations and stock movement Liaise with suppliers and negotiate delivery schedulesOptimize logistics, transportation, and distribution processesEnsure timely delivery of goods to all branchesAnalyse supply chain performance and identify cost-saving opportunitiesMaintain accurate records of inventory and logistics activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies and food safety regulationsRequirements:Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordinationStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and locationsExperience in food or restaurant industry is an advantageBasic knowledge of inventory management systems
