HousekeepingThis is the core of the job—you’ll spend most of your time working as part of the team.You will:Clean rooms to a high and consistent standardWork efficiently in a fast-paced, physically active environmentContribute to a positive and respectful team atmosphereLead by example through your attitude, quality, and work ethic2.

SupervisingWhen the Manager is not present and on scheduled weekends, you step into a supervisory role.You act as the manager’s right hand - both when leading the shift and supporting daily operations when the manager is on site.You will:Take ownership of the operation during your shiftPrepare and adjust daily task sheets and room assignmentsCoordinate priorities with Front OfficeAct as the main point of contact during your shiftSupport team members and solve problemsKeep communication clear and reliable---How You WorkYou take pride in your work and lead by example.You bring structure and calm to the team - even when things are busy.
