About the PositionWe are looking for an experienced people leader to take over responsibility for the housekeeping operation at Cabinn Aarhus.With 400 rooms, this is a large and fast-paced operation where structure, clarity, and consistency are essential.You will take over an existing team and play a key role in ensuring stability, strengthening standards, and continuing to develop a well-functioning operation.This role is about leadership, structure, accountability, and care.If you enjoy building teams, setting clear expectations, and creating an environment where people feel supported and take ownership of their work, this role may be for you.---The RoleAs Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 20-25 housekeepers.Your most important responsibility is people leadership.This is a hands-on role with a mix of administration and floor-level leadership. The position is primarily weekdays during working hours, with weekends when needed.You will:Take over and maintain a structured and well-functioning daily operationOnboard and train new employees to clear proceduresEnsure that every team member is properly trained and supported in their workAddress performance issues early and professionally, including difficult conversations when neededLead daily operations: staffing, planning, task distribution, and quality controlTake ownership of the operation and ensure it runs smoothly on a daily basisAddress performance issues early and professionally, including difficult conversations when neededCollaborate closely with the hotel and internal colleaguesYou will be supported by The Ellen Group's HQ team and work closely with the hotel's management to ensure stable and worry-free operations.We believe the housekeeping industry can - and must - be better.
