AK Recruitment and Consulting is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Danish-speaking Technical Support Advisors for a fully remote role based in Spain.In this position, you will support end users with IT-related issues, helping them resolve technical challenges and ensuring a smooth digital experience. You will be part of an international team, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment with strong opportunities for growth.Your RoleProvide 1st level IT support to end users across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and self-service portal)Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identifying root causes and providing effective solutionsManage and track incidents using internal IT service management systemsEnsure a high first-time resolution rate by using internal tools and knowledge basesSupport users with system access, devices, and day-to-day technical issuesCollaborate with 2nd level support teams and external providers when escalation is requiredMaintain accurate documentation and ensure proper categorization of requestsYour QualificationsFluent Danish (C1 or higher) with strong English skillsPrevious experience in IT support (1st or 2nd level) is an advantageGood knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and MS TeamsUnderstanding of hardware and software troubleshootingFamiliarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plusAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused attitude with good communication skillsOrganized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setupWillingness to learn and develop technical skillsThe OfferRemote position based in SpainCompetitive salary with performance-based bonusesRelocation support (if needed) and additional retention bonusesStructured onboarding and continuous trainingWork in an international and multicultural teamClear career progression opportunities
